Graciela is a professional in the end-to-end cycle of organisational change and behavioural initiatives, from strategy formulation to implementation and embedment. She brings over 18 years’ experience as an organisational consultant, facilitator, executive coach, MBA lecturer and sought-after speaker. She works with C-suite executives and their teams, assisting organisations and leaders to achieve their full potential. She has global experience working in Australia, UK, USA, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Indonesia.
Graciela is a ‘provocateur’, challenging and developing conscious learning in leaders and organisations. She is able to quickly inspire credibility and confidence, forming long-lasting relationships. Her leadership style has been described as insightful, dynamic and passionate.
Graciela holds a Master of Management, a Postgraduate Degree in Narrative Therapy, a Degree (Honours) in Social Psychology and a Degree (Honours) in Social Communication Science.
For the last five years, Graciela has followed her passion – travelling the world in her motorhome. She has loved following ‘the path less travelled’, exploring nature and volunteering her expertise in developing communities. She has also been a volunteer LSI coach for Homeward Bound for the last three years.
