HB5 Leadership Facilitator
Attiyya is an Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Instructional Designer with experience across the UK, EMEA and APAC in leadership development and culture change.
Attiyya believes in the transformational power of ‘Ubuntu’ I am, because you are. Based on this belief, she creates and holds space for deep connection, creativity and learning – where individuals, groups and communities have the conversations that shape the way they understand each other, themselves and the world around them – conversations that give meaning to their stories. One conversation at a time they make sense of the complexity around them, reframe challenges into opportunities and take purposeful actions that drive sustainable performance and well-being.
Attiyya is guided by three core values; courage, curiosity and growth, and weaves together a strengths-based approach with a developmental and systems lens to help leaders and organisations build cultures where people thrive.
Attiyya is known amongst her clients for designing immersive and experiential experiences that are emotionally engaging and intellectually enlightening. Her love of design can be seen in everything she does including her three boutique shops in a little country town in the Southern Highlands.
As well as a Masters in Coaching from the Institute of Leadership and Management, a Bachelor of Science from the London School of Economics Attiyya has undertaken extensive training in Adaptive Leadership, Deep Facilitation, Holding Space and Group Process Psychology. She is also accredited in several diagnostic tools.
