Christie Little has more than a decade of experience as a corporate Leadership, Resilience, Wellbeing and Performance Consultant. She is a coach, facilitator, trainer, instructional designer and organisational culture strategist. She is passionate about supporting her clients to build resilience and wellbeing through self-care, to transform themselves and our world through insight that leads to positive impact, to find courageous and ethical leadership voices, and to foster regenerative cultures.
In addition to University Degrees in Economics (First Class Honours Sydney University) and Change Management (Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales), she is qualified and experienced in nutrition and wellbeing coaching, biofeedback, meditation, Positive Neuroplasticity Training, Somatic Coaching, Yoga, Permaculture Design and Nature Therapy. She is currently completing a Masters of Psychotherapy and Counselling.
She is the co-founder and former Managing Director of The Performance Clinic, an executive coaching business, sold to KPMG in 2015. She has held the position of People Lead, Leadership Development at global organisational consulting firm Korn Ferry and as a Principal Consultant with Australian Management Consultancy Bendelta. Christie is the Director and co-owner of corporate wellbeing consultancy Frontier Wellbeing.
