It began, as many great collaborations do, in the most unassuming of places: a virtual breakout room. Mélisande and Anna, two women living at two opposite ends of the world, met during a Homeward Bound workshop, an encounter that would catapult them into an extraordinary adventure spanning continents, languages, and a shared mission for the future of the planet.
Linda Romanovska is not one to shy away from collaborative leadership. Recently appointed as Head of Sustainability Consulting at Materra, a leading sustainability consultancy, she’s also a proud HB6 alumni member, who sailed to Antarctica in 2022.

Humanity faces multiple complex and interconnected crises today – the emergence of a global pandemic, a rapidly changing climate, large-scale biodiversity loss, economic instability, and more. The interrelated and overlapping nature of these crises make them even more challenging to address, resulting in a phenomenon now known as a “polycrisis”. Solving them will require large-scale, transformational, and systemic change.
What is healthy, or in other words: what do we need to be and feel healthy?
Health includes physical and mental aspects, and only if these align and are fulfilled we can feel strong, nourished, healthy and happy. Physical and mental health go hand in hand and from my point of view they can not be considered individually.
