Introducing our 10th cohort Team HB10: 37 women and non-binary people representing 19 nationalities and 15 countries from diverse STEMM backgrounds (Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine, and Mathematics), who were carefully selected for their outstanding potential to lead and influence towards a better future for the planet.

Team HB10 represents the diversity, initiative, bravery, and collaboration that we champion at Homeward Bound. They embark on their 12-month transformational leadership program in June 2025.
