#HB5VirtualVoyage
We are the fifth cohort of Homeward Bound (HB5), part of a global leadership program for women in STEMM (science, technology, engineering, maths, and medicine), which will equip 1000 women over 10 years to promote greater diversity at the leadership table.
On 10 November 2020 the 80 women of our cohort were supposed to be converging on Ushuaia, Argentina, ready to embark on a three-week intensive journey to Antarctica in a culmination of a year-long leadership course. But, like so many plans, the pandemic has put this journey on hold.
So instead, we are inviting you to join us online on our #HB5VirtualVoyage – we’ll be sharing our diverse stories and leadership journeys throughout social media to spark conversations and inspire action. We all have different backgrounds, hail from different corners of the globe, but we have a common belief that more voices are needed at the leadership table to tackle today’s challenges.
Because we are stronger together.
