Introducing our 8th cohort Team HB8: 108 women and non-binary individuals representing 21 nationalities and 17 countries, selected for our global leadership initiative based on their outstanding potential to lead and to create better outcomes toward a sustainable future.
Team HB8 embarked on their 12-month transformational leadership program in March 2023. Upon completing the program, they have emerged with honed leadership expertise and practice, achieved through personal reflection and transformation. Some of these inspiring individuals will be participating in our immersive experience and voyaging to Antarctica in 2025.
Team HB8 represents the diversity, initiative, bravery, and collaboration that Homeward Bound champions.
