Homeward Bound announces scholarship opportunity for South Pacific woman in STEMM

Homeward Bound today announced a new scholarship supported by BOC that will provide one woman with a background in STEMM the opportunity to participate in the ground-breaking Homeward Bound leadership initiative. The full scholarship is open to women across the South Pacific region including Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, New Zealand or Australia.

HB7 Spotlight: Susan McDonald

Susan McDonald is an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer with over 11 years of experience in designing and overseeing major engineering infrastructure programmes in the power, utilities and renewables sector. She is the Energy Transition Lead within Deloitte‚ Net Zero Transformation Strategy team and she’s also been awarded for her work in reimagining at-home COVID19 tests to make them more inclusive and accessible.

HB7 Spotlight: Linda Keyes

Women remain underrepresented in emergency medicine and in the niche fields of wilderness and high altitude medicine. We need women leaders as role models, and the women leaders we have need to actively raise up the next generation.
