Alicia is a pharmaceutical industry professional with 20 years of experience. She holds a BSc. in environmental science and biotechnology. Early in her career she worked in environmental regulation compliance. She then transitioned into manufacturing, moved on to supply chain, and eventually became responsible for oversight of contract manufacturers. Recently, she reignited her passion for the environment and the fight against climate change. She believes it’s important to get industry more involved in sustainability and participating in the Homeward Bound program will support her efforts in this. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys wellness, travel, and spending time with her children.
