Ana is the founder of Concept Hatchery, an insight and strategy consultancy. She helped found Seafood Legacy, a Japanese sustainable seafood advocacy, where she serves as international advisor. She is passionate about cultural fluency in the global sustainable seafood community. Ana is a world traveller, avid Disney fan, and loves running for charity in the Hogwarts Running Club.
