I’m a purpose-driven leader in renewable energy, currently Head of Customer Success at Turbit, where I help customers use AI to optimize wind energy operations. I built and now lead the Customer Success team from the ground up, designing strategies that empower clients to manage wind portfolios more efficiently, reduce CO₂ emissions, and increase revenue. By advocating for a scalable, automated approach, I aligned our customer success efforts with both business growth and climate impact. To grow as a leader, I joined the Customer Success Leadership Academy, gaining practical tools from global CS experts. I also represent Turbit at industry events, where I advocate for clean technology, inclusive leadership, and sustainability-focused innovation. My long-term goal is to become an influential female leader in sustainability—driving change, inspiring others, and accelerating the energy transition. This is how I focus on sustainability today: by ensuring that our AI-powered solutions deliver measurable environmental impact while supporting our customers’ operational success. Programs like Homeward Bound will help me amplify my voice, strengthen my leadership, and connect with others committed to building a more sustainable future.
