My current role combines experiences, gained in global environments, with at its core; innovation, commercialisation and business improvement. I combine Public and Private Sector experience with a strong focus on Environment, Social, Governance [ESG] whilst presenting strong numeric resilience.

My voluntary roles include being a chair for a LGBTQIA+ leadership council plus a mentor and coach to leaders. I am proud to share that my published book, Fear, Trust and Values made it to No1 on the Amazon Bestsellers list in 2022.
