Annette Gray

Annette Gray is an experienced leadership coach, facilitator and speaker on Solution Focus Coaching and Mentoring. Her passion is in developing leaders, mentors and Safety professionals to be more “coach like” in all their conversations that will help their teams shine and achieve change fast. Annette’s background includes – teaching, university lecturing, strategic HR and coaching and mentoring leaders and coaches across construction, infrastructure, education and finance sectors. She was one of the foundational members of Growth Coaching International (GCI) and was instrumental in designing many of their flagship programs. After 15 years at GCI, she set up her own consulting business focusing on the Construction, Infrastructure and Education sectors. Along with her Master’s Degree in Communication Management, she is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Senior Practitioner Coach and Coach Supervisor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Annette has trained over 8,000 people in coaching and mentoring and conducted over 2,800 hours of leadership coaching. Her passion outside of work is keeping fit and ocean swimming. She loves to mentor people who are learning to ocean swim through her volunteer work with the Can Too Foundation. Annette has also been a LSI coach with Homeward Bound since HB2. Annette lives with her husband in Sydney Australia and has two daughters.
