Dr. Carol Aziz is a Principal Consultant with over 20 years of environmental consulting experience. She specializes in the assessment and remediation of contaminated land and groundwater and the evaluation of environmental risk. She is currently working with Ramboll colleagues to help clients assess climate risks and opportunities. Carol has led the development of several nature-based remediation technologies, has developed models to track toxic contaminants in groundwater, and has authored numerous guidance documents. In 2015, she was trained as a speaker with Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project to communicate the risks and opportunities associated with climate change. In 2018, she founded a small private foundation called Climate Impact Fund, which funds local climate education and sustainability initiatives in the Greater Toronto Area.
