She considered herself an intrapreneur, working from inside the industry to influence the transformation of business process and behaviours to become truly climate positive, by integrating decarbonisation actions into cost reduction, reducing and valorising waste as a resource to build a circular economy future.
As a dynamic and enthusiastic leader, she invests in her relationships and ability to influence at all levels, to integrate sustainability scientific concepts to improve business performance.
She loves cooking Peruvian food, investigating the ingredients origins and creating more sustainable alternative recipes.
