Dominique is highly knowledgeable in searching and examining chemical engineering patent applications. She has been working at IP Australia for six years, mostly as a Patent Examiner, but recently as a Senior Examiner where she leads and coaches highly specialised teams. Dominique is committed to her own self-development around leadership and the development of her team members.
Outside of work, Dominique is a passionate volunteer for local environmental groups focussed on restoring and maintaining native vegetation along creeks and in parks. She enjoys working with the local community to improve awareness and community participation in planting events. She also enjoys walking through the many parks and bushland close to home in Bacchus Marsh (Victoria, Australia).
