Eileen Deignan

Eileen Deignan is a board-certified dermatologist and physician leader. Dr. Deignan graduated from Yale Medical School and subsequently trained in dermatology at Harvard Medical School. She is a partner at Dermatology Associates of Concord. In addition to her thriving medical dermatology practice, Dr. Deignan holds several local and regional medical leadership roles. She enjoys teaching the next generation of medical students and residents as a lecturer and preceptor at Harvard Medical School. Eileen lives outside of Boston, Massachusetts with her family. Together they golf mountain bike, hike, and ski. When she puts her feet up, she likes to read contemporary fiction. In her leadership journey, Dr. Deignan has learned to embrace difficult conversations and become a more effective public speaker. She also tries to live by a quotation by Maya Angelou: “What you’re supposed to do when you don’t like a thing is change it. If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it. Don’t complain.”
