ELAINE HUBER

Associate Professor and Director of Educational Development in Business, The University of Sydney
NSW, Australia, British / Australian
Dr Elaine Huber is a lifelong learner who embraces change and loves a challenge. As a young woman from Liverpool, she studied at Surrey University and worked as an electrical engineer, but knew her passion lay elsewhere. She moved to Japan and became an English teacher, where she cultivated her love of travel, cultures and the great outdoors. Another career change has led her into academia, innovating the science curriculum through the integration of technologies. She wants to be a role model for her two children and a mentor for young women considering a STEM career.
