As medical doctor, Felicitas cares for patients with e.g. COVID-19 in a lung clinic south of Munich. During her studies, she gained practical experience in the USA, Tanzania and Australia and became passionate about infectious diseases. As scientist, her strong interest in social and environmental determinants of health lead her to investigate the development of allergies in children at the Dr. von Hauner Children´s hospital in Munich. As active member of the German Network of Young Professionals in Public Health, she works towards a German Public Health Strategy. In her free time, Felicitas loves to hike, travel and meet friends.
