Environment and Heritage Advisor
Grace is an environmental advisor with a passion for creating positive change in the world. With a background in science and systems management, she has led numerous large-scale projects in diverse areas such as environmental management, renewables, and stakeholder engagement, leveraging her expertise to drive outcomes. Her leadership style is characterized by ethical models, which she believes are essential for collaboration and decision-making processes.
Grace is highly skilled at building relationships to work towards shared goals with networks spanning across the Pilbara, Kimberley and Central Desert regions of Australia. Throughout her career, she has provided technical advisory, planning and project delivery services in remote Indigenous communities across Australia, assisted in the implementation of environmental management plans for a utility-scale wind farm in remote Tasmania, provided environmental advice in the Republic of Palau, and participated in remote marine fieldwork research. Her experience includes working with multilateral/international development organisations, state and commonwealth governments, and NGOs.
As a member of Homeward Bound 8, Grace is excited to develop her leadership skills and build relationships with other women in STEMM. She believes that through collaboration and shared knowledge, women can make a significant impact on the world for the greater good.
Grace finds spending time in nature with friends and family inspiring and enjoys hiking, camping, and gardening in the great outdoors.
