Hailee is a guidance, navigation, and control engineer, with an applied focus on spacecraft and launch vehicles. Her research interests include autonomous rendezvous and docking of spacecraft as well as vision-based navigation; both areas are critical for the further advancement of space-based operations that will address global environmental issues. She grew up in Southern California, completed a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University and a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering at MIT, and now works full-time in the Boston area. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, yoga, and reading.
