Helen is a Senior University Lecturer who runs an active research program alongside her tertiary education coordinator duties. Helen is fascinated by the role our immune system plays across chronic diseases, such as cancer and cardiovascular disease. She is also very active in mentoring across STEM and has enjoyed the challenge and reward of a range of leadership roles in coordinating networking and education opportunities through scientific societies in her research field.
Outside of professional roles, Helen enjoys kayaking and is an inspiring gardener.
