Jac is an adventurous, hardworking people leader. She spent the first five years of her career in mining, working as an electrical engineer, project manager, safety incident investigator, autonomous vehicle specialist and trainer. She also spent time on a cattle station while starting her own consulting business, FYA Solutions. Now she has made a leap into management, with over 90 reports. Her main goal is to “train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don’t want to”, as put so well by Sir Richard Branson.
The common theme through all her work is working with people to help them find their purpose and unlock their potential. Jac is also trained as a life coach and scuba dive master, and is hugely passionate about the ocean and all animals. She believes there is much to be learnt about ourselves from working with animals.
