Jennifer is a chemical engineer / metallurgist with over 15 years’ experience in mineral processing industry in both Australia and internationally, working on a variety of commodities including gold, copper and coal. Jennifer has experience leading diversified teams of Process Engineers as the Manager for Process Engineering for the largest coal processing plant in Africa, as well as being discipline lead for the Process Engineering teams across nine sites in Australia. Jennifer is passionate about ensuring that there is diversity in the workforce, gender diversity, as well as diversity of thought.
