Science Teacher at Knox Grammar School
Living in New South Wales, Australia
Jess is a former chemist, currently working as a physics teacher in Sydney. After a stint in ANSTO Minerals during her undergraduate degree, and Honours at UNSW and the Australian Centre for Neutron Scattering, she transitioned to STEMM outreach and teaching, inspiring school kids to find their passion in science. She plans to soon return to academia, working to tackle global challenges, to encourage others to pursue their ambitions in science, and to promote inclusivity in education and research. During her free time, she is usually found 100 metres underwater, exploring rock structures, or falling through the sky.
