Judith is a civil and environmental engineer with profound expertise in ecolabelling, life cycle assessment, sustainable building, as well as low carbon and sustainability strategies in urban planning. She has worked as a sustainability manager, researcher and lecturer in private and public institutions.
Her current role is technical manager at GECA – Good Environmental Choice Australia. She is a board member of the Australian Life Cycle Assessment Society ALCAS. She describes her professional strengths as “engineering with compassion” and sees it as most important to apply her technical knowledge in ways that nature and people can continue to thrive. As a mother of two children, she gains leadership skills not only in her professional life but also privately.
