Karen is a pioneer for women in STEMM. One of Australia’s first female graduate Mechanical Engineers, she has worked four decades in the resource sector as a change leader with a focus on sales culture, customer experience and strategic partnerships. With many “first female in industry” titles under her belt she is now passionate about creating fully inclusive workplaces and finding ways to connect multi-generational mentors to young girls who will be the next wave of female STEMM leaders. Karen is an adventure traveler, keen photographer, and lover of penguins. She leads with the belief that we can all make work fun!
