Laura Rosich Perez
Leader, Digital Transformations and Innovation
Laura is a Costa Rican, currently living in London, UK with her husband. Growing up in a country renowned for its biodiversity and commitment to sustainability, she developed a deep appreciation for nature and a strong sense of responsibility towards it.
Throughout her career, Laura has accumulated over 10 years of experience leading end-to-end digital and strategic innovation and transformation programs with McKinsey & Company. Recently, Laura joined the LEGO group as Transformation Director.
With an MBA from Trinity College Dublin, Human-centered design studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Costa Rica, Laura leads by connecting people, planet and business needs leveraging technology innovation for holistic impact.
As a leader, Laura excels at bringing together cross-functional teams, aligning them around a shared vision and strategy, and designing operating models that make it safe for co-creation, innovation, and addressing complex challenges.
Laura is a strong believer of balance and mental health. She dedicates time in her day to spend with her husband and friends, journaling, working out, going out for walks, and hiking or reading during the weekends.
