Lucia is passionate about social responsibility. Lucia works as a sustainability strategy consultant at McKinsey Greater China, where she has advised clients across Mainland China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and Europe on formulating ESG strategies, driving green growth and transformational initiatives. She also serves as the Social Impact Lead for McKinsey’s Beijing office, where she curates platforms to provide pro bono consulting services to NGO partners focused on climate change and nature conservation. Lucia holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Peking University and a master’s degree in Management from London Business School. She is passionate about advancing sustainable and responsible business growth. Committed to social impact, Lucia completed a one-year secondment with the Global Development Incubator, where she worked to accelerate the quantity and quality of strategic philanthropic capital in Asia, with a focus on Southeast Asian religious giving. In her free time, Lucia enjoys outdoor activities, meaningful cultural exchanges, and reading.
