Natasha Hendrick

Natasha is a scientist, volunteer, adventurer, mentor and advocate for women in leadership. She has her PhD in geophysics and is the recipient of a Rhodes Scholarship and Churchill Fellowship. Natasha has 25 years’ experience working in research, technical and leader roles across the energy industry and community sector. She recently co-founded b.bold, and is incredibly excited to help empower more women in STEMM to step boldly into leadership and accelerate collaboration, inclusion and diversity in solving humanity’s most pressing challenges. She is a Principal Geophysicist at Santos, a Board Advisor for Women Who Code, and a Non-Executive Director at Earth Sciences WA. Natasha also volunteers her time to facilitate international leadership programs for Women Who Code and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. She is passionate about helping women navigate a digital future where human leadership competencies are needed more than ever.
