Olivia Giudice

Olivia is a skilled executive leader, with a proven track record of fostering collaboration for positive change across various organisations, including not-for-profits, public sectors, and ASX-listed companies. Specialising in the risk and governance field, her dedication to empowering women of all generations to fulfil their leadership potential led her to join the Homeward Bound board in 2021.
Until recently, Olivia served as the chair of the Audit, Finance & Risk Board Sub-Committee. However, she recently stepped down from the board to assume the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer in February 2024, lending her support to HB as it navigates the transition to a new CEO.
A first-generation Australian, Olivia is married with three teenage children.
