Most recently and notably in significant COVID response, her leadership positions include Operations Lead, Victorian Department of Health, and, Director of Operations, Healthcare Australia, delivering COVID Vaccination (COVAX) for the Federal Department of Health to the Aged Care and Disability sectors. In 2020, she founded the National Cancer Healthcare Telehealth Navigation Service and is generous with her time supporting community through this service in a volunteer capacity.
