Throughout her career, Rachel has demonstrated excellence in innovation and achievement across a wide range of sectors, including corporate, hospital, not-for-profit, government, university, emergency management, COVID response and consultancy. Rachel has held many specialist executive roles. Most recently and notably in significant COVID response, her leadership positions include Operations Lead, Victorian Department of Health, and, Director of Operations, Healthcare Australia, delivering COVID Vaccination (COVAX) for the Federal Department of Health to the Aged Care and Disability sectors. In 2020, she founded the National Cancer Healthcare Telehealth Navigation Service and is generous with her time supporting community through this service in a volunteer capacity.
