Sandra Szlapa holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Petroleum Engineering from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Poland. Since 2017, she has been employed at SLB, a leading service company in the Oil and Gas Industry.
She has been working as Senior Well Engineer in various countries, including Malaysia, Ecuador, India, Bahrain, and Mexico, gaining experience in both field and office conditions. Currently, Sandra holds the position of Senior Operations Integrity Implementation Manager in London.
She is a dynamic leader in male dominated industry, passionate about for women empowerment, development of female leadership among STEMM fields and sustainability. Sandra is a leader of Connect Women organization within SLB advocating for gender equity and inclusivity within workplace and broader industry. She is actively involved in initiatives promoting sustainable practices within oil and gas industry which demonstrates her commitment to fostering diversity and driving positive change within oil and gas industry and her surrounding.
Sandra is committed to give back and make a positive impact beyond the workplace, she is serving as mentor both within and outside the company, empowering and aspiring female professionals in STEMM fields, fostering career beginnings and bolstering confidence.
