Sarah is an accomplished CEO, business leader, executive coach with over 30 years of leadership experience across diverse industries. She’s an advocate for positive change with a focus on education, sustainability, and social impact.
Before joining Homeward Bound, Sarah served as CEO of Accor Hotels Pacific, where she oversaw 21,000 employees and operation of 400+ hotels and 29 airline lounges, while spearheading new business lines. As an entrepreneur, she successfully owned and operated her own business for 10 years.
Sarah holds qualifications in Human Resources, Training, Executive Coaching, and Organisational Development, and is a GAICD-certified Director for companies in Australia and New Zealand. Her expertise spans leadership, strategic management, organisational behaviour, culture transformation, and operational excellence.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Sarah is committed to giving back through her involvement with not-for-profit organisations; Two Good Co, BETTER Timor, and White Ribbon Australia. A passionate advocate for equity, she champions inclusion and diversity, particularly in advancing women in leadership roles.
