Wendy is a chartered civil engineer with a career in waste management/ resourcing/water treatment. Delivering strong strategic delivery and leadership experience – in a large corporate and her own SME in the engineering sector. This involved developing a patent to support a significantly more circular approach towards navigational dredging. Exiting this business as CEO to start a new business in 2020 which has multiple pillars and has a vison of gamification through sustainability to support consumer behaviour change. This aims to support lowering of our carbon footprint and raising of our biodiversity footprint. Using the UN17SDGs as a relevant framework to embed wicked solutions to wicked problems and embedding these operationally. Developing pathways and outcomes to support choice; playful curiosity; transparent conversations and circular solutions. Also developed in 2021 an accredited carbon literacy programme designed for peer to peer learning. Wendy spends most of her spare time with her 3 children (adults!) & 7 cats in their rural home in Ayrshire Scotland surrounded by beautiful views of Gaia!
