Zhimin is a young professional currently working at World Bank. Previously, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs’s Environment and Natural Resources Program with a focus on China’s low carbon development. Prior to joining the Belfer Center, Zhimin was a PhD Fellow at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy analyst at the RAND Corporation. Her RAND experience focussed on energy, environmental policy and international development. She has also worked at the International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis, the Heinz Center for Science, Economics and Environment, the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, and Asian Development Bank.
