Christine Seddon

Leadership Facilitator HB8

Christine Seddon partners with Jo to facilitate the Leadership Stream of the program.  Chris has spent more than 20 years focusing on how leaders can improve their effectiveness for better personal, team, organisational and societal outcomes.  She brings systems-thinking into her practice and deeply understands organisational contexts in which leaders operate.

Chris balances compassion and courage in her style. She creates a shared and trusted space for development by listening with intent, asking powerful questions, noticing, and revealing thinking, sharing her own insights, and offering different perspectives.  She draws on evidence-based leadership frameworks and has designed and delivered multiple leadership and organisational development programs which have increased capacity of senior leaders for strategic thinking, improved relationships, well-being, team engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness.

Chris has worked globally and extensively with c-suite executives and senior leaders at Wesfarmers, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Westpac, Allens (Linklaters), Lend Lease, Sealy Australia, Thiess, Red Cross Blood Bank, Queensland Treasury Corporation, and local government. She was recognised by the CFO for Bank of America Merrill Lynch for her work and was a member of the team that enabled QTC’s award winning-culture and organisational transformation.
